Open Cell features 70 experimental studios in shipping containers including the first open access bio-lab and biomaterial-lab in London. They host exhibitions, performances, workshops and talks. During the Design Festival London the exhibition is about Biodesign, the future of materials, manufacturing, architecture and fashion.
The exhibition takes place at Open Cell—a shipping container village in Shepherds Bush London, with offices, workshops and biology labs for early-stage startups, designers and the community. Open Cell offers a critical mass of infrastructure and a community of like-minded individuals to help you prototype faster and test your ideas.
