To coincide with the exhibition Klimt/Schiele, the Royal Academy, in partnership with the ACF London, screens
Egon Schiele: Death and the Maiden. The film, named after the
famous painting in which Schiele immortalized his muse and lover
Walburga (Wally) Neuzil, looks at the artist’s life, driven by beautiful
women and an era that ended with the outbreak of the
First World War.
