Students from the Mozarteum in Salzburg will come to London for the seventh consecutive year to participate in workshops and exchanges with students at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

The invited ensemble from each institution will perform at the ACF London.

The accio piano trio (Mozarteum in Salzburg ) was founded in 2013 by Christina Scheicher, Clemens Böck and Anne Keckeis at Mozarteum University in Salzburg. Since autumn 2015, Leo Morello is the new Cellist.
The ensemble is studying at Sándor Végh Institute of Mozarteum University, taking classes with pianist Tünde Kurucz, violinists Wolfgang Redik (Vienna Piano Trio), Rainer Schmidt (Hagen Quartet) and Klara Flieder (Leschetitzky Trio), and with the cellist Giovanni Gnocchi (David Piano Trio).

The Klimt Quintet (Guildhall School of Music and Drama) was formed this year, with Masters and Artist Diploma musicians from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. They study with David Takeno, Krysia Osostowicz, Louise Hopkins and Caroline Palmer, and have had chamber music coachings with Matthew Jones, Caroline Palmer, and Carole Presland. Individually seasoned and sought-after artists, they have performed in Europe, North and South America and Asia; and in concert halls in London such as Royal Albert Hall, Barbican Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Milton Court Concert Hall, St John Smith, Wigmore Hall etc. They have recently debuted together in Barbican Hall as part of the pre-LSO concert series (May 2017).
