An exploration into how the architecture of cinema affects our perceptual and semantic understanding of the projected image. Featuring a talk by Austrian architect Friedrich Mascher about his role in re-designing Peter Kubelka's Invisible Cinema auditorium at the Austrian Film Museum, a screening of Kubelka's 16mm film Arnulf Rainer which consists of only black and clear frames, and a rare presentation of Ernst Schmidt Jr's expanded cinema work Demonstration (1968).
