The annual Oxford Lieder Festival will host a number of Austrian performers this year. The opening concert of Schumann’s Myrthen, will be given by Birgid Steinberger, soprano at the Vienna State Opera and Volksoper. Klemens Sander, a young baritone at the Volksoper, will give a recital of Goethe settings with pianist
Deirdre Brenner.
