This event is dedicated to a star of Austrian baking, that like no other evokes the holiday season: the tiny but delicious Vanillekipferl. While our favourite patisserie chef Johanna Zimmerer will get her hands into some real dough, literary references and culinary memories that have been transmitted over generations and countries will be discussed. We invite you to share your own Vanillekipferl stories as you learn about this classic Austrian recipe.
