The fourth International Conference on the Histories of Media Art, Science and Technology
will be hosted by FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology) in Liverpool. Recognising the increasing significance of media art for our culture, this conference series will discuss the history of media art within the interdisciplinary and intercultural contexts of the histories of art. It will cover topics such as art and new media, art and technology, art-science interaction, and the history of media as pertinent to contemporary art. Austrian participants include Markus Hafner and Armin Medosch.
