This translation workshop is presented by Oxford University Press, together with the Bodleian Library and the Oxford Kafka Research Centre, to mark the publication of three new volumes of Kafka translation (Metamorphosis and Other Stories, by Joyce Crick; The Trial, by Mike Mitchell; The Castle, by Anthea Bell). The workshop will focus on the theme of translation, with lectures and a panel discussion involving the three translators and also the US-based Kafka translators Mark Harman and Stanley Corngold.
