Monday 27 April 2015, 7.00pm | Austrian Cultural Forum London

Clemens Zeilinger (piano), Verena Stourzh (violin) and Franz Ortner (cello) will perform a special concert at the ACF London. According to the trio, Beethoven stood for independence of mind, revolutionary ideas and was at the same time the central point of departure for new traditions of composing. In this spirit the trio will perform a programme of works by Beethoven, Brahms and the celebrated contemporary Austrian composer Johanna Doderer.

L.v. Beethoven: Piano Trio in G major, op.1/2

Adagio – Allegro vivace
Largo con espressione
Scherzo: Allegro

Johanna Doderer: Piano Trio Nr. 2, DWV 52

J. Brahms: Piano Trio in B major, op.8

The trio will also perform a concert at Kings Place on Sunday 26 April 2015.
