The ACF London is delighted to welcome the acclaimed accordionist and composer Jakob Steinkellner, along with guitarist Severin Trogbacher, as they present their programme "Soundkistn" - a journey beyond the ordinary.

Jakob Steinkellner was born in 1995 and is a composer, accordionist and player of the diatonic button accordion from Linz, Austria. He played his compositions all over the world: in 2023 over 100 concerts in 25 countries. Steinkellner is also teacher for music, especially Austrian folklore, as well as for his instruments. Till 2023 he was leading the folk music institute and the course of alpine folk music study at the university for music theatre in Munich, Germany. Besides that, Steinkellner was teaching at universities in Germany, Peru, Vietnam, Japan, Tunisia and the Philippines.
Jakob Steinkellner has also been a featured artist in the New Austrian Sound of Music (NASOM) programme 2023/2024.
Severin Trogbacher is an Austrian, Vienna based guitarist and composer best known for his work with crossover musician Hubert von Goisern, German singer/songwriter/poet Konstantin Wecker, and Eurovision Song Contest 2014 winner Conchita Wurst. Besides his work for those and numerous other artists and clients, he is constantly pushing his own projects, compositions, and also hosts Vienna's "West Belt United Groove Club", a widely renowned Jamsession.
