In cooperation with EUROLIS, an association of librarians and information professionals from Europe, founded in 2002, the ACF is happy to announce the launch of the the EUROTOOLBOX 2025.
Eurotoolbox is a special collection of literature for children 3-12 years old in German (Austria), French, Greek, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Ukrainian that has been carefully selected by the respective European Institutes’ librarians and is available to be borrowed by any library or school in the UK.
With the Eurotoolbox, you will have the resources at hand to work on various subjects, with 60 authentic and popular books. All books represent exceptional literature in their original language published in the past few years.
The collection is a FREE for professional librarians or schools to borrow for four weeks or more at a time.
The association works together to raise the profile of European library services in the UK, with the primary aim of promoting respective countries’ literature, languages and cultures and strengthening information professionals’ network and cooperation.
This year, each country’s collection includes one (or more) book/s that reflect/s this year’s theme: Families, portraying all kinds of families through an inclusive lens.
