Linda Sekoll + Royal Black Couture will present their latest collection at London Fashion Week. They merge vintage tailoring and bespoke corsetry into reassembled designs that fuse history with contemporary artistry. Culturally rich, emotive and thought-provoking, the SS26 season features 17 designers from across Australia, Austria, India, UAE, UK and the USA.

Royal Black has been creating bespoke corsets and couture costumes for film, stage, art performances and photoshoots since 2006. Linda Sekoll's designs are based on vintage men's formalwear. Linda creates unique bespoke outfits by transforming handpicked second hand high quality garments into new contemporary shapes and silhouettes. With our collaboration we present artisanry at the highest level, combined with timeless design and a focus on visual story-telling.

Linda and Barbara are members of the Co-Workingspace SchnittBogen, based in Vienna. Both are independent designers with different focuses. Past joint projects inspired them to combine their designs and create a collection for London Fashion Week to reach a more international audience with their vision. Their collection will be presented under the name 'Re:assembled'. In a world spinning ever faster, How can we keep up? How can we stay present?

We look back, Digging into the archives, studying old masters, relearning what we forgot. Remixing it with our own experience. Creating something new from fragments of present, past and future. Reassembling ourselves into new shapes.
