Time Zone Theatre presents a new theatrical work, Shoot, I didn’t mean that, performed alongside The Last Night, the epilogue of Karl Kraus’ satirical anti-war play The Last Days of Mankind. UK playwright Catriona Kerridge was selected from an open call to create a new work inspired by Kraus. Her dark comedy follows four women’s strange and surreal downfall as they become intoxicated by the great wars and politics. Juliet waltzes into a difficult situation at Vienna’s famous flea market; two schoolgirls struggle not to giggle during Remembrance Day; an interpreter breaks her voice.
