ACF INTERNSHIPS



SEEKING INTERNS FOR AUTUMN 2024


The ACF London offers paid, full time internships for a period of 2-3 months. Our interns work closely with our Project Managers. An interest in, and ideally knowledge of social media and press affairs would be an advantage.

Please note that the ACF London cannot accommodate interns in August and thus doesn't offer summer internships.

Job Description

The ACF London internship involves working at evening events including concerts, film screenings, talks and literature events; producing materials for these events such as programmes and fliers; supporting administrative duties; researching event topics; statistics; social media; writing press texts in German; responding to general enquiries; liaising with the public. Working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. The nature of the work depends on our programme at the time of arrival.

Person Specification

Required:
Active enrolment at an accredited university or recent completion of studies
Good spoken and written English
Excellent spoken and written German
Proven knowledge or interest in the arts
Computer skills: word, excel, power point, social media (Instagram, Twitter & Facebook)

Desirable:
Knowledge of Photoshop
Audio/visual skills
Press experience
Events experience

Interns need to cover the costs for accommodation and transportation. There is no possibility towards gainful employment after the expiration of the internship.
