Join the Austrian-based Amatis Trio, returning to the UK for a BBC Radio 3 Lunchtime Concert at the popular Hay Festival in June.

Lea Hausmann (violin), Samuel Shepherd (cello), and Mengjie Han (piano) are celebrated for their energy, insight, creativity, communication and passion.

BBC Radio 3’s Lunchtime Concert series is presented by Sarah Walker and explores the music of Schubert and others. This last of four recitals broadcast during the Hay Festival week offers a popular work, Schubert’s Piano Trio No 2 in E flat, D929, performed by the Amatis Trio, regarded as one of the leading ensembles of its generation.
